Section 226 of the Evidence Act 2011 – What it Says and All You Need to Know.

Section 226 of the Evidence Act 2011 Provides as Follows:

If the court is of the opinion that any question referred to in section 224 of this Act was asked without reasonable grounds, it may, if it was asked by any legal practitioner, report the circumstances of the case to the Attorney–General of the Federation or other authority to which such legal practitioner is subject in the exercise of his profession.
