Section 65 of the Evidence Act 2011 – What it Says and All You Need to Know.

Section 65 of the Evidence Act 2011 Provides as Follows:

 

When an action is brought against any person for anything done by him in a judicial capacity, the judgment delivered, and the proceeding antecedent to it, are conclusive proof of the facts stated in such judgment, whether they are or are not necessary to give the defendant jurisdiction, if assuming them to be true, they show that he had jurisdiction.
